Updates to this Mulebuy Spreadsheet and notices from the agents it covers
Dated entries only. If an agent changes a policy we rely on, the change goes here first and into the relevant page second.
Revision dates for the docket pages
20 October 2026. We rebuilt every page around the haul docket: fifteen pages, the browser docket tool, a catalogue wall of eight shelves on the home page and a full list of sixteen on the Spreadsheet page. Agent facts were taken from help pages copied between 10 and 17 October 2026, each with its date in the text. The earlier pages at this address are retired and nothing from them was carried over.
20 October 2026. We checked the Mulebuy website from our own connection and recorded the result on the Mulebuy page. That check is repeated whenever this site is revised.
Future entries will list the page, the change and the reason, for example a storage term that an agent revised or a category link that moved. Corrections sent in by readers are credited if the sender wishes.

Official announcements and coupons we noted
Agents publish notices about promotions, holidays and changes to lines. We note the ones relevant to a haul, with the date of the notice, and we do not repeat codes that belong to our own referral links.
- Kakobuy, notice of 9 October 2026: a Halloween promotion with a 10 per cent shipping subsidy from 10 to 16 October (Beijing time), subsidies usable until 30 November 2026, and a coupon pack running from 10 to 31 October.
- Superbuy, 10 October 2026: announcements naming the winners of its 14th anniversary invitation leaderboard and gift perks.
- Kakobuy, notice of 23 June 2026: a flat €3 per parcel collected at submission for EU parcels, which the notice said could be withdrawn with notice.
- Mulebuy: every promotion we found in its archived pages had ended by early August 2026; the last, a referral programme, ran from 9 July to 5 August 2026.
Promotions end. Treat any date above as the window the agent announced, and check the agent's own notice before relying on it.

Community feedback: reading haul posts on Reddit, YouTube and TikTok
Haul posts and videos are the nearest thing to a public record of how agents perform, and they are worth reading with a docket mindset. A typical haul video on YouTube or TikTok shows the unboxing and the items worn, which tells you about the items and the parcel's condition. It rarely shows the warehouse photos or the packing list, so it cannot tell you whether anything went missing on the way.
Reddit threads are better for process: people post their QC photos, ask for green or red light opinions, and report delays line by line. Read them for patterns across many posts rather than single stories, and note the date; an agent's warehouse in spring is not the same as in autumn.
Mulebuy's own footer linked Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts in August 2026, and its pages pointed to a Reddit community called r/MulebuyFans. We do not link them, and we do not report claims from them that we cannot check.

How we date and recheck facts
Every agent fact on this site carries the date of the page it came from. Where the agent's page shows its own date, as LoongBuy's help articles do, we give both: the date on the page and the date of the copy we read. Facts from Mulebuy are marked as archived copies from May or August 2026 and written in the past tense.
Facts that age quickly, such as storage terms, fees and promotions, are listed internally with a recheck interval, from a few days for the Mulebuy status to a few months for help-centre policies. When a recheck finds a change, the page is corrected and the change logged above.
If you spot something out of date before we do, tell us. Quote the page and, if you can, the agent page that shows the newer figure.
The schedule is a minimum. Any page is also rechecked as soon as a reader reports a problem with it.
