Agents that can take over a haul, compared on storage, trial packs and photos

A comparison with sources, not a league table. Each entry says what the agent itself published and when we read it; where an agent publishes nothing, the entry says so.

Other agents you will see named next to Mulebuy

Anyone who searched for Mulebuy will have met a crowd of other agent names on the same forums and catalogue sites. The agent landscape changes quickly: agents open, rebrand, change their fees and occasionally go offline, as Mulebuy's own website did this autumn. For this page we chose four agents that were taking orders when we read their pages in October 2026 and that publish enough about storage, packing and photos to compare: LoongBuy, RizzitGO, Superbuy and Kakobuy.

The choice is not exhaustive and not a ranking. Other agents exist and some are good; we left out any we could not check in the same way, and any whose own website was not working when we looked. Links to the four carry our referral codes, which is how this site is paid for; the comparison would read the same without them.

  • LoongBuy
Publishes its storage, rehearsal and inspection rules in unusual detail, including how multi-unit orders are photographed.

  • RizzitGO
Shortest free storage of the four; its own pages stress photos and free storage but give few figures.
    Go to RizzitGO
  • Superbuy
Long-running agent with a large help centre, a split-order service and a Shipping Expert option for complex parcels.
    Go to Superbuy
  • Kakobuy
Longest free storage of the four, a published rehearsal price and an optional set of packed-parcel photos.

Storage, trial packs and photos, side by side

Three points that decide how a haul goes, taken from each agent's own pages. Read the small print under each entry: the dates differ, and an agent can change a policy the day after we read it. Where we found nothing published, we say that rather than borrowing a figure from somewhere else.

On these three points no agent comes out ahead on all of them. Kakobuy gives the longest free storage, which LoongBuy does not match; LoongBuy and Superbuy describe their photo rules most fully; RizzitGO publishes the fewest figures. Freight prices are deliberately missing, since they shift weekly and differ by destination.

Judging whether an agent can be trusted with a whole haul

A single order tests an agent once. A haul tests it for weeks, across several sellers, a storage period and a packing decision. Before you trust an agent with weeks of storage, five signals are worth more than any promotion:

  • Published storage terms with both the free period and what happens after it. An agent that states the disposal rule is easier to plan around than one that only says "long free storage".
  • Published add-on prices for extra photos, measurements and trial packs, so you know what a question will cost before asking it.
  • Photo rules for multi-unit orders, because that is where counts go wrong.
  • A named operating company and working contact channels, ideally more than one.
  • Consistency between pages. When two help pages give different figures for the same charge, as with Kakobuy's eight-yuan fee called by two names, ask which applies before you rely on either.

Trust also comes from your own record. After one haul your docket shows how each agent handled a short line, a gift and a missing piece.

Which agent fits which kind of haul

Instead of a verdict, here are matches between haul types and the published terms above:

  • A slow haul from many sellers, with pre-sale items or long dispatch times: the longest free storage helps most, which on our table is Kakobuy's 100 days.
  • A heavy or bulky haul where freight is the biggest unknown: a trial pack before paying is worth having. LoongBuy, Kakobuy and Superbuy all publish one.
  • A haul of many identical units, such as several tees in different sizes: published multi-unit photo rules matter, and LoongBuy's are the most specific we read.
  • A haul with special goods to split out: Superbuy's split-order service, at CN¥2.00 per item, is the most clearly priced tool for it.

If you want many photos with little fuss, RizzitGO's pages emphasise photos, but since no count is published, ask before relying on it.

What we did not compare, and why

Freight prices are missing on purpose. They depend on destination, line, weight step and the week you ship, and a table frozen in October would mislead within weeks. Each agent's own estimator, used on the day you ship, is the only figure worth trusting.

We also did not score service, speed or reliability. There is no public, repeatable measure of how quickly an agent answers or how often parcels go missing, and turning impressions into a score would be inventing data. Community reports can help, and the updates page explains how we read them, but they belong next to the table, not inside it.

Mulebuy is not in this current-use comparison because our public-site check did not verify ordering availability. That check does not establish whether an existing order or account can be accessed through another official channel.

Service fees sit on the costs page rather than in the table, because for a haul the differences that matter are mostly in fixed per-parcel charges and add-ons, not in the headline fee.
