About this Mulebuy Spreadsheet and the team behind the docket

An independent guide, written in British English, for people who buy from Chinese marketplaces through an agent and want their haul to arrive complete.

The people behind the docket

Mulebuy Spreadsheet Haul Docket is run by a small independent team that builds catalogue guides for agent shoppers. We are not Mulebuy, we are not employed by any agent, and we do not sell anything ourselves. The catalogue cards on this site lead to an independent product catalogue; the agents we compare are separate companies with their own terms.

No editorial mailbox is currently listed. Order, payment and parcel questions belong to the support channel of the agent holding the order.

We also cannot pass messages to Mulebuy. Our only contact with it has been reading its archived help pages and checking whether its website answers.

Referral links and the funding of this docket

Some links to agents carry our referral codes. If you register or buy through them, the agent may pay us a commission, and that is how the site is funded. In the page markup those links carry a sponsored label. Category cards and search links to the catalogue carry tracking parameters that show us which parts of the catalogue readers reach; they do not change what you pay.

There are no Mulebuy referral links or codes anywhere on the site. The Mulebuy website was not answering when we checked, and sending readers to a service we could not reach would be wrong.

Referral income does not decide what we write. The agent comparison uses each agent's own published terms, says where one publishes nothing, and does not rank them.

How the pages are written and checked

Pages are written from primary material: the agents' own help pages, read and copied on a stated date, and Mulebuy's help pages as archived in May and August 2026. We paraphrase rather than copy, and quote only short phrases where the exact wording matters, such as a status name or a line name. Every figure is attributed to the page it came from.

We have not placed test orders with the agents compared here, so this site does not describe how fast any of them answered us or how our own parcels arrived. Where we say "we checked", it refers to something we actually did and dated, such as requesting the Mulebuy website or reading a help page.

Verified factual corrections belong in the text and in the dated updates page. This site cannot investigate an account-specific order or payment.
